Embracing the Divine Feminine

In this world where women are expected to do it all, have it all and continue to care for others before themselves, we are seeing more and more burnout, exhaustion, and depression. In the Embracing the Feminine workshop, we will gain an understanding of conditioning that occurs in youth which carries into adulthood and into our relationships.  We will reconnect with our souls, senses, our feminine divine energy, and learn self-care techniques that can be done anywhere, anytime.

We will conclude with a Kundalini Yoga Set and Meditation that will assist in connecting us to the divine feminine energy within.
