Just like the moon, our moods, bodies, and thoughts ebb and flow throughout our 28-day cycles.

In this workshop, you will gain an understanding of your emotional intelligence and how it relates to your psyche, soul, and physical body. You will learn how to develop your own personal power by mapping your unique moon centers and embracing your moon cycles. The session includes a kriya and meditation to balance all Moon Centers on the body and leave us feeling calm and relaxed.
